Amazing hotel, worth every penny( they are on top of everything!

Rosewood Mayakoba is a hotel that you will definitely want to return to after having stayed there once. Perfect jungle/beach setting, with (mostly) natural waterways running through the property. Lots of interesting flora and fauna.

I rarely write reviews on anything, as I don’t take the time spent lightly to write them. The Rosewood Mayakoba is without a doubt, the best customer service experience I have ever had, in my entire life. I’ve travelled the world to probably almost a hundred 5-star properties and the service here is just on a different level. When I say that, I don’t mean just certain instances. I mean literally 100% of the time, all the time, with every single employee. From then moment you check in, to the moment you check out, these people legitimately CARE about you. It is not “fake service”. This is as REAL as it gets. The people are happy and happy to serve and it shows. They take pride in the service that this resorts provide. Every single person will greet you from the gardener to the butler. The butlers (Tavo and Andrea) were absolutely out of this world. Usually when you get a “butler” experience it’s just something for marketing. This is different folks. They are there for YOU. They knew you needed things before you even knew it. An example is my toothpaste, I was running low, and without asking it, Tavo replaced my toothpaste with a new container. Andrea packed my luggage meticulously, the best it’s ever been packed. There was not one, I repeat not one, time when the service wasn’t outstanding. Every single detail was covered and remembered.

The staff is amazing . Most of them memorize your name and there is a real family feel around the property . It’s amazing the way the jungle and the beach fuse together . Plenty of kids activities at the resort . The boat ride through the jungle is a must .

The staff make this place amazing, everyone is so friendly, so efficient, they really make you feel welcome and can’t do enough for you. Cycling round the nature trail and the resort was so lovely, and the adults only evening events like tapas on the beach and the dinner in the garden are fantastic. Will be back!

The Rosewood Mayakoba is an experience not to be missed. They have thought of everything! The service is second to none and the staff always has a smile for you. The bikes are a great touch and the spa is not to be missed. Get some ceviche at the LaPlaya beach club and wash it down with some ice cold cokes. We will definitely be back!!

Everything was top notch from the resort to the room, the service, the spa, the food, everything! It was our 6th stay, and we plan many more!

Our stay was like a second honeymoon - 28 years later. The hotel was beautiful, our room was gorgeous, and the staff was superb. Loved every minute.

From the amenities, to the grounds, to the food, every single thing you can think of was absolutely amazing.. It's like being in a dream but better..!!
