Rosewood Mayakoba

Beyond excellent! We stayed in the beach front suite, which is of course expensive, but amazing. Walked out the room, to the plunge pool on the deck, and right onto the beach. The suite came with a butler service. They were quite attentive and responsive to any of our requests. Will definitely stay here again

We were initially placed in a centrally located Deluxe Suite. After being welcomed to the room by the staff, we very quickly discovered a very loud neighbor who spent his time outside either yelling at his son on the phone or on the phone on business calls, leading us to request a different suite. The Rosewood team was incredibly accommodating and found a more secluded location for us, which afforded us the relaxation we were looking for.

Awesome is not the word. Amazing. Truly phenonmeal service.

Entire stay was one pleasant surprise topping the previous one. Arrange round trip airport transportation with them it is unequaled in luxury and comfort . The workout facility was by far the nicest of the three other five star resorts we have stayed at. Same goes for the spa. The spa was such a gorgeous facility located what appeared as a beautiful nature preserve that you felt beyond pampered. Not sure I am a good enough person to warrant the level of attention afforded me. I spent our entire five day stay attempting to appreciate the level of detail and really it was impossible to “take it all in” Lastly I feel it’s important to recognize how much respect the resort showed toward the Mayan culture as well as preserving the natural beauty of the area.

Top notch stay - suite was awesome and the service was exceptional across the property (every restaurant, the beach, the spa, etc.).. The adult-only pool scheduled to open soon will be a very welcome addition as the "quiet pool" is not very quiet.

just a magnificent resort from the arrival process to the departure. Food is excellent Service is old school with well trained, polite and knowledgeable staff Accomadations are superb. Truly a 5 star resort

The service and amenities far exceeded our expectations. They graciously gave us a room upgrade and several nice items (eg, champagne) for our honeymoon. The downside, however, was the beach was not as good as other areas on the Riviera. There was a lot of sea weed that would wash up ashore in the morning and throughout the day.

This is our third trip to Rosewood Mayakoba and somehow it gets better every time. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The room is clean and spacious. Each restaurant provides unique options and are equally delicious in their own right. Always sad to leave!
