This property is just luxurious with excellent facilities and womderful staff. People are so courteous, accommodating, friendly and kind. In Rosewood Mayakoba, it’s so exclusive, every guest feels special. From the housekeeping people,, room service, limousine driver, to the butler, to the front desk, to the poolside attendant, to the waiters—-the service is impeccable. We also love the food, the barbeques, the breakfast buffets, the welcome cocktails and pool treats and snacks. We’ve been coming here for ten years and it’s just getting better and better. We plan to visit this place as much as we can.

"One of the most relaxing vacation of my life "

I never leave reviews but this time I felt I really had to do it. The level of the service was beyond my expectations: quick, dedicated and ver very attentive. They take care of every detail. The food is really good and the resort is extremely kids friendly. The butler was always available to take care of our needs. I also recommend to pay a visit to the spa which made my day even more relaxing. I would recommend 100 per cent and I will definitely go again.

Absolutely amazing experience. Such a beautiful and serene atmosphere. The suite was fabulous—we probably could have spent the whole time here honestly! Obviously it’s an amazing resort, but what stood out was the effort by the staff to make sure we were relaxed and comfortable the whole stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the little pop-up activities like the wine and cheese tasting, cocktail hour, and the various little amenities offered throughout the day. Favorite place I’ve ever stayed!! We’ll definitely be back.

This hotel is not just a place, but rather an experience. True to the Rosewood style, service is impeccable. The resort itself is lovely, the beach is beautiful, the food is delicious and the service is topnotch. Everyone loves what they do and is very proud of their positions. It is obvious that the company takes very good care of their employees and this definitely shows in how they (the employees) care for the guests. And oh, by the way, the margaritas here cannot be beat. After 5 days I still had not tried them all but every one was I did try unique and very, very tasty. Over the years I have been to several different hotels in Playa and the Rosewood by far is my most favorite. I will be back as soon as I can!
