Parrot Key Hotel & Villas

Perfect hotel. Ideal for my kids because the backyard had sand where they could play. Nice swimming pools and a great location. Everything was excellent.

The only small issue was the food. The food and drinks could have been more reasonably priced. If the prices were better, we would have stayed at the hotel all day and had all our meals there. However, it wasn’t a big problem.

I stayed there one month ago . A deposit was debited from my debit card and i didn’t get it back . It’s a shame .

Dit is de tweede keer dat ik in dit prachtige hotel verbleef. Ik vind het fijn dat het niet zo'n massaal hotel is. Er zijn 3 zwembaden. Het zwembad ligt dus niet vol en er is altijd plek. De veranda's bij de kamer zijn ook top. Je kan in de avond lekker buiten zitten. Het is ook erg schoon. Als ik ooit weer naar Key West ga, zal ik parrot key zeker weer boeken.

Eigenlijk niks. Het is een beetje ver van het centrum, maar als je naar het centrum wilt pak je gewoon lekker een uber.

I loved the property, it was a great setup with four pools that are easy to access. It has a modern feel and it is tucked away and out of sight from the main road. It was also so nice to have a Walgreens and grocery store in walking distance.

The service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. We were locked out of our room several times and had to beg a random cleaning personnel walking by to let us in after going to the office twice and calling once for ONE specific occasion of getting locked out. That time we had cold groceries that were out in extreme heat and a child that desperately needed to potty. We also had to ask the staff three times to change the sheets after our small child had an accident at bedtime, I kept hearing someone was on their way and 8 hours later I had to go to the front desk and ask for the sheets to change them myself before anyone came to help us.

Cobraram taxas que não estavam ínformadas. Nenhum funcionário fala espanhol. Sem café da manhã . Não vale o preço. Tambem cobraram estacionamento. Eu deixei meu carro na rua no carregador de carro eletrico. Alem de cobrar pela carga ainda cobraram indevidamente pelo estacionamento. Sendo que fui informado que não seria cobrado pois eu estava ja pagando o carregamento. Tambem o carro nem ficou estacionado. Picaretagem do hotel.
