The carpet was stained and nasty, the bathroom shower was moldy, there were some kind of unidentified splatter stains on the walls in various locations in the room, the smell was not pleasant, it was just overall run down and old and not kept up at all. There were not mattress pads on the bed under the fitted sheet. The mattress on the pull out bed was very dirty and stained. Trains passed by every hour or so and so you got to enjoy the sound of their horns every few minutes. Overall just gave you a gross feeling and we couldn't wait to get out of there.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The first room had mold around the tub, the smoked detector was cover with a bag, and the bed had dip, and an has an order. The jacuzzi wasn’t working.

The staff was as helpful as they could be, for being short-staffed, and an overflowing amount of customers. However, the first room we were assigned had not been cleaned so we had to be put in another room, the floors were always sticky and area garbage cans not emptied enough. The room was comfortable, and even though they were full, it was relatively quiet.

For the most part, the staff was nice—especially the ones I actually needed help from. There was one younger staff member who was always outside on the phone, and I had to go out and get her just to get some help.

Towels were never washed or restocked when we needed them. The TV didn’t work the first night, but they did fix it for us the next day—others in our group weren’t as lucky, though.
