This facility was very clean, attractive and well managed. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The outdoor areas were comfortable and lovely. Would not hesitate to stay again.
Very clean. Convenient location…close to a few good restaurants and mini-golf…centralized location to many Cape Cod sites…comfortable beds. Upstairs balconies offer a nice view, but are more of a “breezeway”—too small to even stand on. Indoor pool and hot tub were clean but small. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if visiting the area!
Probably wouldn’t stay again but price and location was good. Very quiet. Staff was friendly. Pool only open till 8. Bad view from small balcony which was not in good condition-cement was peeling and railing looked moldy. But the pull out couch was the most comfortable couch ever!
I found an open bag of potato chips in one of the bedroom nightstand draw.
the pool was open but the whirlpool was being worked on during my entire stay. I understand the need for maintenance but that interrupted the ability to use the pool and of course the whirlpool was not available at all

It was out of the way in a quiet area on the river.
This place was fantastic and spacious for our family of 5. There was a community room where we met a lot of great people, and a fully stocked kitchen, so we could make most of our meals. We rented the 2 bedroom/ 2 bath and we were pleasantly surprised we had an extra half bath. The only negative experience is the tv in our living room didn’t work. They sent someone to look at it. We left while he was working on it and when we returned, the tv wouldn’t even turn on. Never found any staff to notify of this. We would definitely stay here again if traveling with our family. Everyone loved having there own space and the value was fantastic
