The only reason I’m not giving the top rating is because the TVin my room did not work art first and it took 2 different people coming to the room to get it working.
I loved how you could use the slider to go in and out of the room with luggage. The room was very comfortable and had a nice kitchenette. Everything was super clean. The only thing that was disappointing was that I didn't know the pool/hot tub was closed for maintenance. I booked that hotel because they had a pool in case of bad weather.
Well, communication needs to be better and not just with paper messages. I was not told that i need to ask for room service, cleaning etc. And when i went to call the front desk i learned the phone was not connected and useless. The toilets in the room are far too small and way to low for anyone these days, especially people with disabilities like me. However, this aside, i really liked the size of the room and the accommodations. Im planning on staying here again. But, much more educated about the services.
The view of the river was not great, but the renovated room was very nice and clean.

Our stay was outstanding! Clean, Comfortable, Quiet, Beautiful spot. I’ve never felt more at home. The room was so nice! Staff is very friendly! An amazing place. A hidden gem! we will be returning this summer!
I was expecting a better view, from what the pictures showed. But, easy in and out of condo.
Very nice and well kept. No trash on grounds and plenty of recycling and trash barrels.
