I was completely fooled by the reviews and pictures of this place and decided to book a night here with my wife. We checked the website and the amenities listed included an indoor pool, hot tub and clubhouse/game room. Check in went well as there were almost no customers parked at the hotel around 4 p.m. We got to the room and it was really tiny and had an awful odor to it. I checked out the bed, which is listed as a queen but is closer to a full size mattress which is smaller than we have at home. My wife went to use the bathroom which had an door that didn't want to close. She had to slam it just to get it to click. Also the marina view that we were promised upon booking was actually the parking lot. We figured since there were only a few cars there that maybe we could switch to a less disgusting room. The rude guy at the desk said that was the room we booked. I mentioned the smell and the small bed and he told me l was crazy and didn't know queen bed sizes. Also there were no blankets available which also wasn't mentioned on the website anywhere and it was October. So we went to Target, bought a blanket, glade air freshenere and a tape measure. I wrote a review on google and within minutes the manager leaves me a nasty voicemail saying l shouldn't leave bad reviews and that l should give them a chance to fix it, and that everything was mentioned on the site, which it wasn't. No hot tub, no game room, no blankets, no view, but full price. Better hotels down the street.
Clean room, convenient location and friendly staff.
There are things that i loved like the separate bedroom, that we had a living room and kitchen with a full fridge and even silver/dishwear, and that the tv included a dvd player. The space was super nice and tasteful. However there were things that were problematic. i didn’t feel very safe with just the one lock, which was confusing for me to use, and i was confused why there wasn’t a “do not disturb” sign for the door. There was no clicker for the dvd player (but we kept forgetting to call the desk.) Some of the pillows were uncomfortable so it took a few trials to find the right one. And finally it took me until the final day for me to figure out that because of the pandemic no staff were allowed to change the bedding UNLESS customers called the desk. I stayed there 5 nights and would have liked to have the sheets changed halfway. I DID enjoy my stay and would come back but there are definitely things that need to be fixed.
The staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was great! Very clean. We are looking forward to our next trip there!

Great spot very clean, wish we could have used the pool but it was by appointment only. If we need to stay in the area again this is the first place I’ll look into
