Location is great, room size fine as one only sleeps there, prices vary depending on season, service very good, staff very friendly and helpful, nice that soft drinks are for free. Room clean and tidy. Noise level low - Quiet room, nice atmosphere - good mix of tradition and modern

The hotel has great charm, having been carefully restored. The rooms are individual, but well laid out. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast was amazing! We will be returning next year.

"Will Be Back!"

We loved our stay at Algilia Ortigia Charme Hotel, and would return without hesitation. Staff helped arrange a transfer for us from Messina when our train was cancelled, and were helpful throughout the stay with recommendations. The hotel is located on the quieter side of the island (which we prefer) and we loved our morning sea wall walks and evening strolls through the historic winding lanes. Still lots of restaurant options nearby,as well as dining at the hotel which we did twice. Food was fresh, and tasty!

"Fabulous hotel!"

Absolutely beautiful hotel! Lovely, helpful staff (especially Magda and Sonia), great breakfast and excellent location! Room was very comfortable and clean with a very nice en suite bathroom and everything we needed. Very handy location with a large public carpark nearby and a bus stop just over the road. Easy to walk into the busy little streets of Ortigia with lots of shops and restaurants close by. Highly recommend!!

"Loved, loved, loved this hotel!"

All I can say is WOW! First-Ortigia is a beautiful city and we are so happy we visited. Breakfast was over the top great. So many fresh options: eggs, fruit, pastry etc. The staff was fantastic -a special thank you to Magda at the front desk, Enzo who made our coffee and Carla who served us breakfast. I will happy recommend this hotel!
