Staff room toilet every thing is rubbish I think public toilet is much better then this

Very bed. I was scared about my family. Worst ever experience in my life. Not felt safe even. Haven’t slept all night. Bad bad bad never go there again in my life.

Short walk from Station. Friendly staff. Disappointed to find no facilities for breakfast and no ensuite facilities.

Rooms in need of decorating. Shared toilet was disgusting. Bed was clean with fresh sheets and quite comfy. Guy on reception was helpful as it was a veryear late last minute check in

Was very pleasant area nice hotel met b very nice people in the area friendly.

No wifi on site, no elevator, only one bathroom shared between a hallway of people. The walls were terribly dirty. I stayed for a max of one hour before checking out. Have to pay £20 until you give your key back.

Stayed there for a night, we were not informed of keys refundble charge and also the staff was open to suggestion but didnt seems if anything was done to improve . knowing that Hotel wasin Good location for Buisness being closed to all aminities and shopping mal so service could improve much better and lots to be done there . Dosent mean if the Hotel was rated 2 start that there should be dissatisfaction .

Would not stay there again. No smoke alarm tv or wash basin in room. only 1 bathroom had toilet paper. Have stayed many times at Travelodge for same price

Absolutely disgusted with the service we received , booked a triple room and it stated 3 single beds which were required, on arrival we were wood they didn't have any rooms of that capacity and only double bed and single, no good for 3 males working away, they then said we could up grade of another 20 pound to 2 doubles and a single to which I went to check with my mates if that was ok, on returning 2 mins later I was told they didn't do those rooms and I would need another twin room for 40 pounds and also 20 deposit so a room that was supposed to cost 45 ended up costing 85 plus 20 deposit which they tryed keeping on checking out saying I had not payed it, overall a really bad experience STAY AWAY at all costs

Awful place no comfort what so ever do not stay here unless you would like something that looks like a homeless shelter. Not clean broken blinds and furniture.
