This is the worse place I've stayed in...EVER. This is NOT A HOTEL it is quite definitely a HOSTEL. The conditions were awful. I would NOT recommend this to any living creature. We left after one night. AVOID!!!

This is a refuge for people who have been kicked out of social housing. Terrible is putting it nicely! I lasted 30mins before I checked out and went across the road. The rooms are cheap and available for a reason. Do yourself a favour and pay that little bit extra for an ACTUAL hotel.

Room was in third floor. 14 rooms on this floor and only 1 shower. Experience was poor. Also heard yelling and a person getting beat up in back alley under my window one night.

There wasn't any basic things like a kettle, it was dirty and the toilet didn't flush there was no hand soap and the hand dryer didn't work. I expressed that we were unhappy with the facilities but no refund was offered.

The hotel has bad smell, the toilets are not clean. I've booked twin room they gave me a double room after complain they gave me another room with a double bed plus a single bed with hole on the foot area and I complain again and the staff said that there are the only options.

It is not a hotel. The rooms are compact shared bathroom with having family is one of the bad thing. Not clearly mentioned before booking. It was roasting in rooms cant open windows noisy people. Naked people coming out from toilets. It is the worst place stayed in my life. Staff are not helpful at all.

Location of the hotel was great. Disappointed that no TV, no tea and coffee available in room. No fridge.. No microwave. Beds could do with headboards. Having no visitors allowed after 9 was just not fair. Service from staff was acceptable.
