Big room on affordable price. Very cold AC. Very clean bathrooms and hot/cold showers. Outstanding service. Tipped a couple of the servers for the quality service. Quality food/room/staff 10/10

Good restaurant & bar near the beach, good for last night near the airport

The food was delicious, the staff were courteous and helpful. Fabulous sunsets and a lovely beach with easy access. We enjoyed our stay, but the amenities were average. We endured a power cut, no water at all two mornings and the view was the back side of the neighbouring hotel.

Good place to stay

The stay here gave us a much needed break. The morning peace and quiet was wonderful

We got two rooms for six of us, including the Sunset Suite which has a spectacular veranda with a gorgeous view.. We stayed four days -- two at the beginning of our trip and two at the end. We had a bit of a snag at the beginning -- they scheduled our Malamala tour for the wrong day, so we took the hotel's "island hopping tour," which was good but not quite what we signed up for. We had two little issues with the facility -- the bathroom door was sticking (they repaired it between our two stays) and there is no elevator to the suite (there is a workaround but it is a bit awkward). Overall, it was very enjoyable and we would go back.

We paid for a deluxe room and were initially put into a small room with frosted windows and a broken handle on the window. After complaining we were put into a much nicer room with a balcony that overlooked the dining area and beach. The downside of this was very loud music from next door until 10 and then being awakened by a group of loud people playing music at 2 am. The resort staff weren’t too interested in doing anything about it despite our many complaints. This occurred every night we were there. The manager was very good and sympathetic, but it occurred that night too. Lovely grounds, view, and good restaurant, but we wouldn’t stay again.
