Springhill Suites by Marriott Richmond Northwest

Overall this hotel was clean nice hotel. It lacked in small amenities. Not enough forks at breakfast, no water refill in the foyer. There is one in the gym, but you wouldn’t know unless you ask.

Room was great but there were people smoking weed right outside of our ac unit and it was blowing in our room all night.

This is the second time I have stayed at this Hotel while attending a Concert in Richmond, Va. The front desk staff was professional and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable, thanks !!

I liked the location and facilities. Unfortunately we had a lead foot on top floor, misery.

The breakfast buffet was busy, as always on weekends, but it was clean and quickly refreshed as needed. Nice quiet rooms, despite being so close to major road. Convenient location for us, too.

Clean and neatly maintained. New rooms. New property.

The staff were helpful and polite, the majority of the property was modern and clean. The bathroom in our unit was a bit questionable. The highlight of the property was the location... everything was nearby. The lowlight was the breakfast. It was horrible.
