Breakfast was great. The landlady was friendly and very obliging and everything was available. Couldn't fault it.

"Modern but room hadn’t been cleaned"

Nice location and modern rooms

My room hadn’t been cleaned since the previous guest. Coffee cup ring, uncovered floor, litter one the bed, dusty side table and hairs in the bathroom. I was staying myself and was staying 2 nights so didn’t want to cause a fuss so wiped the room down myself

Bedroom was very nice, newly decorated, including the bathroom.

Breakfast was not good, but the couple had only been there two weeks, so perhaps weren't set up properly.
