Blue Bay Curaçao Golf & Beach Resort

We really loved Blue Bay Resort. It has a wonderful beach, restaurants are really nice and the golf course is good but doesn't have any bathrooms on the course or food or drink service. They do tee off the front and the back which sometimes causes a bit of a backlog on the turn. We stayed in a Garden apartment which was spacious and had a nice pool to enjoy. My only complaint about the whole place is there were many broken lounge chairs around the pool, so those need to be repaired. Overall the resort has everything, enjoyed the music on the beach and felt the entire resort had great service, was very clean and the beach had plenty of lounge chairs so it wasn't a problem to go at any time of the day.

Alleen de slaapkamers waren voorzien van airconditioning. Gehele woning voorzien van shutters zonder ramen, hierdoor warm in woonkamer en veel muggen en ander ongedierte en geluid van buitenaf. Tevens erg vuil, bijvoorbeeld schimmel in badkamer.

The location was perfect. Beach, pool, golf, restaurants. Everything was outstanding, but especially the service at reception. I have travelled a great deal, over many decades, business and pleasure. I truly have never experienced the level of service and hospitality we received from the people at reception at Blue Bay. Truly exceptional.

Casa super nova , confortável,com cozinha equipada . Super nos atendeu ,ficamos em 6 pessoas de forma bem confortável. Senti falta de um espelho de corpo inteiro. Funcionários super simpáticos e solícitos.

I love Greenview at Blue Bay. The pool is fantastic-it's probably my favorite thing about it. Another, is the lovely outdoor space. It's peaceful and relaxing with beautiful view of the hills. Apartment was comfortable and well decorated.

A lot of stuff in the apartment just broke-no big things but annoying just the same. For example, Closet shelf's would fall or fridge shelves would break (very flimsy).

Very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment, swimming pool right front, resort access to the beach included. Wonderful Golf Club and best snorkeling place of the Island.

I am giving Blue Bay 2 stars because while the property and accommodations at The Garden (G23) were decent, their misleading advertising and poor management significantly tarnished my stay. The "Book Direct" Bait-and-Switch: Blue Bay’s website prominently lists 50% off green fees as a perk for booking directly. As a golfer, this was the deciding factor for my stay. I planned to play multiple rounds throughout the week. However, upon arrival, the pro shop only offered 20% off. Lost Experience: Because the resort refused to honor the advertised price, I ended up playing only one round instead of the multiple rounds I had planned. This dispute became a major point of frustration that overshadowed the entire trip. To have a vacation "tarnished" over a clearly advertised discount that the resort refuses to honor is unacceptable. The "Package" Loophole & Administrative Runaround: Management later claimed the 50% discount requires a "package" added at booking—but that package does not exist as an option for these units. I spent hours being sent back and forth between the pro shop and the front desk, with neither taking responsibility. Summary: The resort is essentially using a "phantom" benefit to drive direct bookings. If you are a golfer, do not trust the "50% off" claim. It is a false advertising tactic. I left feeling misled and like I missed out on the primary reason for my trip.
