The property was amazing - clean, updated, comfortable and spacious. The host was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again. We had a great time, the kids didn’t want to leave:)

"A ton of people living above our unit."

6.0

It was a great layout for a ski weekend. The only issue was that it wasn't the cleanest and this was a first floor unit. There was a family or a multi-generational family that lived above our unit and there was literally people walking around at all hours of the day and night. I slept horrible. I kept thinking that by 2am they would fall asleep but I think there were people who have the night shift living up there and also day shift so there was always a lot of noise.

"Great base for a ski trip."

8.0

Conviently located near I-80 with easy access to Park City, Park City Mountain, and Deer Valley Resort by car or fare free bus. Also very close to the Olympic Park. Easy to get to many sourounding ski resorts and other local attractions. Secure, indoor parking at this property. Check-in and check-out is off site about one mile away but convenient, even after hours. Property is fairly well maintained. Good snow removal early in the morning. Had all the basics to cook in for a large family. We will consider this property again for it next trip.

"Excellent"

The parking garage was a little tight for the SUV we rented, not that big a deal. The light switch wiring locations was a bit odd, also not a big deal. Location for us was the best part, we never skied in Park City! We have 2 IKON passes and the buddy ticket combination was whopping $500 daily difference between the canyon areas and PC (family of 4).

"Parking nightmare. Warning. "

4.0

Parking warning!! You only have one parking stall per booking. If you want more parking, it’s a mile away. The rest of the condo was similar as advertised. ...We had a family get together in a 3 unit condo. 6 adults and about 4-5 cars. We didn’t know we only got 1 stall when getting the reservation. Check in is 4pm and offsite office (1 mile away) closes at 5pm. So most people use the vending machine kiosk to check in. When you finally find the building you are in (not labeled well at all, 1hr later) you find only 1 parking stall. You call phone number given and ask for extra parking passes and but can’t get any since office is closed at 6. They tell you to park in street parking for your building, which is 8 parking stalls to be shared by 40+ 3 bedroom condos. ...if you can’t find parking in one of the 8 stalls, bring cars to check in office 1 mile away. This SUCKED for us!!

"Way too high priced for the disappointment!"

6.0

I am very upset about how this reservation was handled. First of all the property address is not where you go to check in. The location to check in is at least 5 minutes away from the condo. No one ever explained that. I even called the "front desk" and they did not mention that you had to see them first to get keys. So we went to the address listed and nothing there, no signs on what to do. We then called the "front desk again, and woops, we forgot to tell you, it's way over here. And then they send you back to the condo, and mind you, I asked the "front desk" in person, if we needed extra parking passes, I had 3 cars, they said you need 2 parking passes, NOT TRUE, every car needs a parking pass, so, I had to go back to the "front desk" and get the third parking pass. The place was nice and clean, but I would never stay here again. I believe the "property management company" as known as "the front desk" is very inefficient. The prices were way too high and the property management fee is highway robbery for the service that you don't get. I think hotels.com should take "Bear Hollow Resort" off their list. Waste of Money, Waste of Time, inefficient "front desk guy". Don't bother, go somewhere else!

"A Wonderful Stay"

The people at check-in were so nice. The rooms are clean and spacious. The price is not unreasonable. Try staying in the Park City area and find those all in one place. I dare you. Well, they did it.
