Wonderful condo, felt like a home away from home. Pool was great, beds comfortable, just outstanding all around. Highly recommend for families.

The condo we stayed in was very clean, roomy and comfortable. So much better than staying in a hotel room (for a family of five). You can easily spread out and unwind after a day of fun exploring Park City. We would definitely come back. The place could use some chairs on the back deck, so you could sit out and enjoy the beautiful view, but everything else was well stocked.

Wonderful & roomy place to stay with our family

We originally booked with another property and after problems with them hotels.com saved the day. They changed my booking to this property and we were much happier. It was a privately owned town home that is rented out through a property management company. The house was clean and very comfortable. We were very pleasantly surprised. The private hot tub was a def plus! We went as a couples getaway weekend for my sisters wedding party. It would have been nice to have four full beds instead of two rooms with bunk beds, but everyone seemed okay with it. A few more essentials in the kitchen would have been nice and I was glad that I brought more of my things from home to use. Otherwise everything was stocked nicely and we thoroughly enjoyed out weekend. A nice quiet community set far enough off the highway to not be bothered by it. And right down the street from the Olympic Park.

We had a lot of fun with this rental. Very clean, nice space, roomy and comfortable. Air conditioning wasn't the best, but maintained a pretty comfortable temperature. Would probably avoid going in the summer months of air conditioning doesn't work better.

Good location, but not walkable to main street, though it is on the bus line. Condo was clean and well maintained. No maid service, so it got a little messy, but overall it was a great place to stay in a quiet neighborhood.

The Kitchen Condo was poorly equipped for cooking, or prepping food. I was there with my family to celebrate Christmas. We didn't even have a muffin pan, or cookie sheet to cook muffins or biscuits for breakfast. The Coffee pot hardly worked it perked for at least an hour, then it may have half a pot. Main Bath tub didn't drain properly. Overall we were disappointed. It was clean but for the cost, and area I have to say it was the worst Condo I have rented in Park City over the years. If you just wanted to sleep it was okay.

Very tired and worn property. Dirty and old appliances that are not working. Poor kitchen equipment with chipped dishes. Loud neighbors. Light bulbs out. Sheets smelled. Management staff okay in helping to get things working. But the property managers are not keeping up the properties.
