Okanagan Seasons Resort

Absolutely nothing. The photos online of this location are completely inaccurate. Both pools are empty. The park is broken. The indoor pool and area is just full of mattresses and junk. The rooms were dirty upon entry. Tiles in the bathroom are broken. And there is no microwave as stated. There is no kitchen or eating area. When asked if we could switch to a room that was clean and that had a lock, the gentleman stated they were full… It was not full. At least not full of customers. It is a Motel a the very most and is definitely is being used to home homeless people.

Everything. This is a terrible place to stay and should not be listed as a Resort.

Very disappointed the pool wasn't open yet

It was so abyssmal we didn't stay.

Extremely run down. Not even a toilet paper holder. Baseboards heaters open and unprotected wiring.

This was the most disgusting place I have ever walked in to. The walls had sticky stuff all over them. The bathroom had mold. The toilet wasn’t attached to the floor properly. The floor looked like it hadn’t been swept in years. We took a rag a dusted on top of the headboard, coffee table and such. It came out BLACK. The windows were filthy. The curtains barley hanging on. The longer we were in there the sorer our throats got. Smelled like there was a dead rodent somewhere in the room. The photos they post online are from many many years ago. And false to now!!! Beware! Any review that says this place is clean is fake. This place should be shut down. It should be taken off trip advisor. The only good is when we told them we would not be staying there they refunded our money. Which left us in the middle of the night scrambling for a place to stay. We decided that staying in our car would be better than there. Luckily we found a place.
