Location

No breakfast offered. Tried to make me pay twice at check in and I refused. The room was dingy. No elevator just stairs. The toilet didn’t work we had to use another room for the toilet. No one to repair. We were asked if we could attempt to resolve the issue!! AWFUL!! Terrible customer service and the price was double due to the ISU graduation!!

Breakfast and amenities, we needed a refill of body wash and staff never responded, Terrible bed making. Too mucho noise. Too much noise in the early hours of the morning when it's still dark and people are still asleep.
