"My stay was crappy and we will never stay there again."

The location. The hotel was located on S. Duff Ave, which is central to many of the big box stores and food chains.

The virtual check in process. They charged me $15 more/night for my sonbeing int the room, even though the room had two queen beds. There were bugs in the room. the refrigerator wasn't cleaned and the satelite direct TV, didn't work consistently. We didn't get clean towels the next day and our garbage wasn't emptied, so I took clean towels off of the cleaning cart in the hallway, and emptied my garbage in the main trash can in the lobby. Breakfast was nothing to speak of...bare minimum

"It was great the room was great and the beds were really comfortable"

Very close to area restaurants we walked to dinner and walked to stores after dinner

It was a little dirty but the beds were clean the bathroom tub was dirty otherwise clean

Had mentioned a plunge pool in listing but didn’t see it when I selected the room, so wasn’t sure about that amenity. Room keys didn’t always work.
