Emerald Beach Resort by Resort Collection

Resort was great their was a sky walk bar, Starbucks and a little place to get nachos a icecream. We had a beautiful beach view. Condo was clean. Parking is across the street but you can use the sky walk to get back and forth . I have stayed at several places at Panama and I was very pleased. I heard bad reviews about the elevator which worked fine for us!!! Enjoyed our stay!!!

Check in check in check in… that is the problem. When I’m told I can check in at 4:00 pm and when I get there I have to wait 2 hours after driving 5 hours to get there and then because they don’t get the room clean until after 6:00pm I have to go to another location to get the key.. and all they can say is we’re understaffed… that is not my problem. This is very poor customer service and I will never spend my hard working money there again.

Beautiful resort, very clean, polite staff,

We liked the balcony and the beach . But our Room was very dirty needed to be updated and cleaned and proper utensils and items in the kitchen that weren't either working or we didn't have.. Couldn't get anybody to do any kind of maintenance for us our ice maker didn't work the whole time we were there didn't give us any kind of soap for dishes never communicated with us just blew us off and we were there 9 days

I liked that it was.on the beach

The room was beautiful. We were on 19th floor. Very clean unite. Beautiful view. Comfy beds, big bathtubs , nice shower and big bathrooms. The kitchen and living room were very big. The only small problem was tv did not work, but it’s ok Bc most of time we were out the room. Big plus was it had washer and dryer.

The check in process was very complicated and access in and out was miserable. Most places have a shortage of elevators at peak times but just getting from parking to the condos involved taking separate elevators which meant excessive wait times multiple times a day. And check out time was completely a mess!!

We had a great stay the only thing that was disappointing was the check in process but other than that the room was great and clean with a beautiful view. Will definitely stay there again

Overall the resort was great. Lots of things to do with the kids and great beach access. However we stayed in a condo that was infested with roaches. We didn’t notice them until the 5th day of our stay. We noticed one then and then the night before we checked out we were doing dishes and when my wife opened the dishwasher about 7-10 roaches came running out. So far I have not heard back from the resort about this issue.

Great view.Close to a great place to eat Runaway Island.Was clean great set up.Elevator was slow due to size-25 floors.
