Emerald Beach Resort by Resort Collection

Not bad

The room was great.....the building was crap. No ramp to the beach, and only 3 out of 8 elevators were working.

Wonderful property with lots of things to do right inside. Great rooms, great pools. Everything was very clean, friendly staff. I loved everything about it.

Did not get the room we paid for. Called the number and was told that our room was changed because they no longer use the travel agency we used. I didn’t get a notice or I would have canceled since I purchased the extra travel insurance. They didn’t do anything to accommodate us for their change of plans. How does a hotel change a person room and still charge them the price of the bigger room. I got a text from Resort Collections saying someone would contact me about the issue and no one ever tried to contact me. I then called them and they said there was nothing they could do.

The apartment we stayed in was very comfortable for 3 adults and 3 children. Plenty of room. Nice size balcony. Beautiful view. I loved the bay window in the master bedroom. If I wanted quiet time, I would sit at the table in front of the bay window. I did find the lack of Internet and TV instructions a real pain. Once I got the Internet working we watched our Netflix account. Also getting to and from the parking garage was complicated. Easy to get turned around. I do recommend staying here. We will be back.

The property was kinda dirty. You have no control over the temperature of the condo. Things weren't working.

It was nothing I liked about where I stayed at it had the smell of mold and it was very hot and Humid in the room the humidity alert was very high on the thermostat and I suffer from Asthma

The property was suitable for my needs

The cleanliness was good. The views were amazing and it is very close to everything from Pier park to the sling shots. Beds were uncomfortable. A ceiling tile fell from the ceiling and it took them almost 24 hrs to respond and noone seemed to care that it hit my child.
