Emerald Beach Resort by Resort Collection

This property was beautiful. The pools were great, the room was great, the proximity to the beach was great. I wish there was a little more direction upon check in as to the confusing elevator situation. Checking in at a different location that the actual property was a little odd. Overall great, would stay here again!

Loved the view. The kitchen was perfect for our stay. The king bed was a little hard but nothing to keep me away for another trip.

We were very happy with the condo, building and location. Easy check in and check out. Plus bar and intertainment nightly. Highly recommend it

Told workers would be coming into our unit 8-5 to do the tile on balcony which would be closed during our stay. Sorry, construction would be around us with loud constant noises. Sorry, construction will not be close to us. Got there, all access code did not work to get into parking garage. A lady gave us hers which turned out to be the new code, ours expired, when? Pots pans scratched, unusable, can opener had to be cleaned before using as food caked on, bedroom was cold and noisy, not enough towels, days to figure out remote, slept on pull out bed, no welcome packet as to the property and which elevators to use, it appeared to be a rental by owner, couldn’t use washer unless there as wash machine might overflow, I would not recommend that resort after staying there.

Beautiful location right on the white sugar sand beach. Everything is close lots of restaurants shopping etc but the grocery stores do require a short drive. The condo had everything you need lots of cooking pots pans etc. Only minor issues with the condo was its badly in need of interior paint, several light bulbs were burnt out, the ceiling fan in the master bedroom didnt look like it was secured to the ceiling very well and the master bathroom faucet had a steady annoying drip. Tried to fix the drip I ended up shutting the water off under the sink. Reported the leaky faucet but never heard anything back and we stayed 6 days. Also be advised that the beach loungers and umbrellas are expensive to rent so you may want to consider bringing your own or buying some while you are there. Overall nice stay and we had fun swimming in the clear warm waters.

Everything was good just missing a shower curtain and could not get a hold of someone for a working parking code. But other than that everything was good. Would recommend this to anybody
