Cleanliness was satisfactory, towel rack in bathroom was broken off when we arrived

A/C didn’t work had to have maintenance come fix. Then it quit again. All three nights the A/C didn’t cool correctly. All guest were miserable sleeping in a hot condo.The room was dirty. Dust on two bent ceiling fans ,counters dusty,ice maker was froze up,carpet smelt like mildew. Company locked us out to get a credit card that was already on file. Worst condo / beach trip ever. Cleaning fees for a dirty condo. I could go on. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

Very nice property, enjoyed our stay

Had no access to balcony at all even though i called. Asked for a refund. Sofa bed sheets dirty. Washer didnt spin out water so drying was difficult. I had no response from ...text if you need anything.....number. There was a so called work order for balcony door but no one ever showed up. For what we paid everything should have been perfect but nowhere near it. It was pretty but so many things not in correct working order. I will not visit again and recommend you dont either. I havent heard anything about a refund of any kind. I guess i should have investigated before hand. Kinds like false advertising. I am very disappointed and do not intend on staying there again.

We enjoyed our stay here! Would recommend. There were several elevators broken dow and a couple things in the room that needed repair. But , the beds were comfortable and things were clean. We loved the openness of the condo and loved the nice table on balcony that we could all sit to have breakfast.

I would probably say a 2 . Only one elevator was working a lot of time and they only had 2 working when it did. That makes for a lot of waiting in a 23 floor motel. Most mornings and evenings there was usually a 20-30 minute wait to get one the elevator. Condo was ok. Nothing special and when you leave they send you an email of everything you have to do or be charged for it. I’ve never had a motel room/condo that we’ve had to do that with before. We just left so I’m assuming we’re going to be charged for something even though we did everything in the email. Maybe not. Just a feeling from talking to them a couple of times. I won’t be using them again

2 year staying here and we love it! Only left the property twice and walked both times to near by restaurants. Lots to enjoy right on the property.

We like the property and the rooms very much except the sofa bed wasn’t clean and comfortable.And also there were no sheets provided for the sofa bed. Over all we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
