We will definitely stay here again.

The Resort is super nice and convenient. My biggest complaint was upon arrival of checking in there was an empty beer can on the kitchen counter and a large smashed roach in the bathroom floor. I called to report it and nobody ever showed up to look at it.

Amenities were across the road from your room,. Room had roaches. Check-in was confusing as two separate properties are combined. Staff was not very helpful with problems. Room had very little furniture and it was old and uncomfortable. Bed was uncomfortable as well.

The property was safe but it needs to be updated.

I have stayed at many resorts in PCB. This was terrible. The bed was so uncomfortable that it felt as if i was sleeping on the ground. Had to move to the couch. Elevators and escaltors were broken which made carrying luggage difficult. People above us were loud and could hear conversations. Balcony door and front door were broken. Notified the property and they didnt do anything. The kitchen was big and stocked. But they didnt have things like salt, pepper, and fish soap. Overall very disappointed and will return to stay at calypso.

Too far from parking garage and too many elevators to get to condo!

Property itself was nice. We had a second floor unit and there weren’t any amenities left such as dish soap, paper towels etc. The condition of the unit needed work. Cracks in tiles, lights didn’t work and a soap dispenser wasn’t working. I’ve stayed on the Wyndham side of this resort and it was much better as far a condo condition. Check in was a hot mess! We weren’t able to get into the condo until 5:30! This was due to them being short staffed and the unit wasn’t ready in time. There was another family having the same issue. Bring your bathing suits and towels in a separate bag in case your unit isn’t ready because you can use the pool/beach while you wait but we didn’t know that so ours were in the suitcases. You also have to pay $5 each for the resort wristbands. Usually they recycle but due to covid they can’t so they charge you for them. After check in we had a great time despite everything but next time I will book on the Wyndham side of the resort.

Great location, can walk to great restaurants and some shopping. Lovely beach access.

The elevators were a definite problem! Several times waiting 45min. Just gave up and went back to the room once. On the 15th floor, stairs weren’t an option for me.
