Emerald Beach Resort by Resort Collection

Everything about the room and hotel was great except for the pool by the beach. It smelled like sewage and bugs were everywhere which made swimming in the pool nauseating.

Ok primero quiero comenzar diciendo que la propiedad tiene una hermosa vista y con eso me quedaré! La propiedad está vieja, el cuarto principal la cama está desgastada y el clóset estaba lleno de artículos lo cual no permitió usarlo, el baño tenía mal olor, la cocina le doy un 7/10 porque las cafeteras estaban sucias, lo demás muy bien. El baño del pasillo tenía una filtración de orina, supongo que venía de arriba, y aunque puse la observación y al día siguiente vinieron a repararlo, no limpiaron el baño, lo que al final no lo usé!!. El personal de servicio son amables.

In a great location. Good pools for the kids

Construction in the room above me all night. Trash lined out the trash chute all the way at to our room. 1 Elevator worked the entire week and the lock got stuck and almost had to fall fire department to let us back in from balcony

All was great

Everything was so very well put together and explained perfectly! Beautiful room and view! Will definitely come back to Emerald again.

Second floor unit too close to street level so lots of noise at night audible in bedroom which is on the entry side of the unit and near elevators. The rest if the unit was perfect especially the balcony view of the beach.

Excelent location!

I wasn’t aware that the property was under renovations they were working and banging early morning hours. There was plastic over the windows and painters tape all around. Someone also died on the resort so my children woke up to police and a body bag as they overlooked our room balcony.
