Cala Millor Garden, Adults Only

This is our 2nd time coming to this hotel in 2 years & we can’t fault it at all. Great selection of foods, the waiters are very attentive and friendly. Great entertainment day & night. Great location. The cleaners deliver a high standard and work so hard. Everyone on reception are very friendly and helpful. Aly and Cassie are amazing, they made our holiday 10/10. We will deffo go back again. Aly was there last time we went and he’s who made us want to come back again. He's always giving 100%. It was cassie’s first week and she slotted in so well!

The staff were very friendly and attentive , it was a great touch to have a glass of champagne on arrival. However, The food was poor, unclean dining area where we found dead flies and dust on the window ledge of the dining area. We ate dinner at the hotel on the first night which was poor , we ate out for dinner for the remainder of our stay Due to the standard of food and preparation where you could tell food was being used from the day before and not made fresh. The rooms require modernisation although the room was cleaned every day, draws were still stained with some liquid substance. Aly is a great asset to the hotel and bought a great, fun vibe and energy to the hotel. I’ve have scored a 3 as the staff were lovely and due to the location of the hotel.

travelling as a solo person isn't the best but we do it....places very rare to cater for us this hotel is no different ..first of all 4th floor end of a row ...bathrooms drai s were constantly smelly I had to buy air freshener just to stay in the room and sleep with window open so of course air con wasn't an option....food omg was same most days and not replnished alot .. waiter wat can I say two nights running they came over numerous times asked me wat I wanted I replied coke no ice end of the night I was still waiting g and ne never got. I gave up going to entertainment after that I was mostly ignored the couples got all the waiters attentions apart from like I sed the 4 times they came n I still did t get a drink....reception gabriella on arrival was so welcoming. .. the onlygd thing about the room was the bed was very comfy.pool was nice gardens nice . just waiters food and stench in room would. ot come ba k

We have stayed here for a week & it is one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in. Every single member of staff we have encountered has been polite, friendly and very helpful. Reuben on check in was amazing, super friendly and always greeted us whenever we were passing. Check in was quick & our room was ready on arrival early afternoon, with an offer of cava or orange juice; exactly what you need after a long morning of travelling. The maids do an exceptional job at keeping the rooms clean & tidy, and also always greeting you and wishing you a good day. Lovely touch, as not always something you experience on your holiday. We stayed half board, and can’t really complain about the food, breakfast had a lot of variety & although we opted to eat out for dinner the majority of our week, it was nothing to do with the food at the hotel; I just have a very fussy husband! 😂 The hotel is ideally located, beautiful walks along the beach into neighbouring resorts, and also less than a five minute walk to Lidl/Mercadona. Plenty of bars & restaurants around about, so there is something to suit everyone. We stayed in a superior double room with panoramic views. Fantastic views & the cockerels didn’t bother us at all, we loved spotting them & felt they just added something a bit different to our stay. The shower was brilliant, water pressure was great & stayed at a consistent temperature throughout; again, something that you don’t always experience! We also loved the water dispenser on each floor, as well as the allotment next to the hotel, which I believe the hotel use for ingredients in the meals. A lovely way to invest in the local economy. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here & it is definitely a hotel we would return to again.

We stayed at this hotel same time Im May last year 2024. We had a great time and because of this we decided to return. What a difference a year makes. No poolside entertainment I.e. paella demonstration with tastings ,sangria making with tastings and no live music poolside bar in the afternoons. We also noted the quality of the food was way down on last year. Have they changed chefs??? Everything was so overcooked ,lamb chops shrivelled to death and inedible so was the chicken does no one check the food been offered on the buffet? If you like vegetable mush and roasted vegetables swimming in oil then this is the place for you. On the upside the location is great,the staff are superb and nothing is too much trouble. The cleanliness is A.1 . We would have been booking again for next year but the food has put us off.

We wanted to do late check out. They Said it was not possible because they were fully booked. We went in to hotels.com and We could book room. Strange was after we did that Booking We asked if We could stay in the same room. No problem they said. So it was not true that they were full. The attitude of the man who was working in the reception in the evenings was bad. My feeling was he was lazy and did not care. On the bus to the airport we talked to other guest who had the same experience with this person. Daytime reception staff was super nice.

Das Hotel ist renovierungsbedürftig und entspricht maximal einer 3 Sterne Kategorie. Der allgemeine Zustand der Einrichtung sowie des gesamten Gebäudes ist heruntergekommen, und die Sauberkeit lässt schwer zu wünschen übrig, besonders im Speisebereich

Our stay was excellent. All the staff are very friendly and helpful 👍. The entertainment was spot on and the entertainment team of Sonia and Ali were brilliant 👏 what a talented team 👏. The pools are good and there was no shortage of sunbeds .The food was a little bit the same most nights and the food wasn't always warm ,but there was a microwave, so we used that quite a lot .The only negative was the toaster, they need more toasting stations please 🙏. The other wonderful thing was the water stations on each floor which were free and the water was filtered and tasted excellent 😉.

We have absolutely loved our time here, we came to relax and this was the perfect choice, we will be very sad to leave tomorrow. The staff are so friendly and work like a well oiled machine. Great teamwork, the restaurant be it breakfast, lunch or dinner always has something, even with a picky eater like my husband! The array of fruits was my favourite! Rooms are spacious, all you could need with comfortable beds and if you do want an early night the doors shut out any noise. The hotel provided a kettle for us fussy english tea drinkers, fresh milk from the shop only 5 minutes away. We arrived on Saturday and had booked for next year by Monday. There are quite a lot of guests we spoke to that come year after year, that speaks for itself. We cannot wait to come back. Aly is the star of the show, 7 languages! He made aquafit, hold on to him for next year please!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The location is perfect, close to public transport. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, with options for all dietary needs. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I will definitely return on my next visit!
