Quality Inn Appleton West

Booked a room for $92.40. When I arrived, they had the reservation but no room available for me. Sent me to the Rodeway to get a room. Room was filthy, dead bugs on the floors. Did not stay. The manager said he would reimburse me. $30 plus dollars less than what I paid

We tried to check in at 3:30 so that we can put on layers of warm clothes for a football game. We were told our room wouldn't be ready for 2 hours. We were offered the employee's bathroom to change in. It did not have running water or a working toilet. It appeared that there was some kind of water issue because the floor was wet & there was a shop vac in the bathroom. That would explain the lack of water. We were able to check in but not get into our room. When we returned from the game, we were unable to enter from the side door closest to our room because the handle had been broken off. We had to walk around the building to get to another door. The room itself had a missing TV, no soap & only one bath towel. We brought it to the night clerk's attention & was simply told "that's weird". We got soap but the towels were in the dryer & no resolution for lack of TV was offered. We asked for the towels to be dropped off but that never happened. The sheets for the most part seemed to be clean but one pillow had a old stain on it. This isn't the worst hotel I've stayed in but it is the second worst. I will never stay here again.

Very upset because this hotel was overbooked by you so we ended up not having our room after the Packer Game. How can you overbook a hotel??? No warning. Just sorry you no longer have a room. Will never use Expedia again

This hotel is terrible. The room wasn’t clean, there was blood in the bed, on the walls and used soap in the shower. Our room wasn’t ready at check in and when we went to complain there was no one at the desk. We just left and drove to our destination. This hotel is terrible and I certainly avoid it on game day.

Dirty sheets (blood), dirty room, dirty restroom, dirty furniture, DIRTY EVERYTHING! I called the front desk and no answer, I walked to the front desk and the receptionist was outside with her boyfriend. She said she couldnt do anything but to give me a refund or provide "clean" sheets; however, i needed to put the clean sheets by myslef as there was no housekeeper. Terrible Hotel and terrible service!

The staff person had a sign up that said sold out even though I had a reservation and wouldn't let us in, period !! Sent us to another motel that was horrific owned by same person, staff helpful but what a joke of a motel. For the first time in my life I am actually saying I would never stay there again or I mean try to stay there.

We had issues with our keys each day of our stay. We had no towels in our room. The bathroom was not clean. The shower curtains had mildew on them, as well as the bathtub. The toilet would not flush correctly.

Had a 2 night stay first room given did not have a tv. We were switched to another room with a tv. But there were no toiletries, no hand soap, no Kleenex, 1 roll of toilet paper, and no bath towels. The faucet on the tub was out of the wall and when you turn on the water came out of the button to push for the shower head. Stains on the floor and furniture. No cups provided for coffee. For the price I was charged the service was absolutely terrible.

There was NOTHING to like about this motel. DIRTY,UNFRIENDLY, NO AMENITIES, ASSIGNED ROOM WAS GIVEN AWAY; THIS PLACE WAS WORSE THAN A MOTEL 6. I took many photos of the final room we were assigned and the hallways. Bedding was torn, we had a bite size soap to wash and shower, towels & wash clothes were threadbare and ragged. We checked into the place approx. 6:30 PM and were told to come back later because the room needed to be cleaned. We then decided to leave and find a restaurant to eat and come back. We returned to the DUMP after 11:00 PM to be informed our room was given away and we were assigned to another room. When we walked into our new room it was a Mess; not even cleaned. Guess what? There was no cleaning personnel to clean the room. The desk person had the repair man TRY to clean the room, somewhat sanitize the room and change bedding. Being the place was totally booked we had no option but to stay in this filthy room. The desk clerk never came to see or talk to us. It was after midnight before we could put our belongings in. Also, before the repairman left our room he informed us NOT to drink the water, drink the coffee or use the ice cubes. So if there was a breakfast at the motel on Saturday we do not know. We returned to the motel after eating breakfast approx. 9:30 AM and it didn't look as if there was none. We returned to the hotel around 9;30 pm and there was nobody at the desk; we use our room key to enter lobby and the lobby was dark

They didn’t have my room ready and then told me an hour to clean so I came back an hour and a half later still no room and then they had to give me a different one because they game it away then said they’ll clean it right away and after another hour still no room so they said they would refund me but never did and when I call they say give them 5 min to call back and never call back
