The location.

The rooms were in desperate need of cleaning. There are non-smoking signs everywhere but it reaks of smoke. There was a dead bug in the ac/heater. The lamp of our room had smoke rings.

Bed was comfy

Things were broken. Very dirty They cancelled our booking.com and charged us the same amount for 1 night as 2.

Close to tournament I went to food, staff was very enjoyab

Did not make reservation on first night of 4 and had to pay for room over again @ $202 for 3 night stay as per their special

Place was disgustingly filthy, horrible place to stay. Zero breakfast offered and paid a premium ($109 for the night) compared to their normal price. They should've paid me to stay (hazard pay). I've stayed here a few times over the past several years, but this time was completely different. Deplorable!

Staff was great. Hotel is very dirty! I was fooled by reviews and management,s response to complaints. People are living in this hotel and is filthy! Do not stay here! I am filing a dispute with my bank for the payment

It took almost an hour to get checked in and I still was unable to get into my room. I had to go up and down the stairs 5 times to swipe my key and it never worked. This place canceled on 3 other people and told someone they canceled on them when they never contacted them. I ended up never getting into my room and left the place. They were not accommodating and seemed to have no idea what was going on. I am still working on getting reimbursed since they are not answering the phone and saying the manager is not available. Expedia has been working with me on trying to reach them. But overall a terrible experience and would recommend any other hotel in the area.

Being the lowest price in the area means expecting less. However, all areas away from the lobby smell like mold, wet dog, and smoke despite being a nonsmoking building. Should you still choose to stay here, make sure you have shoes to wear in the shower, and walking on the carpet in bare feet is taking your life into your own hands. Room smelled terrible and was filthy. Free breakfast is bad coffee, dry cereal, prepackaged donuts and oatmeal. Parking lot full of trash and even a used condom. Perfect lesson of you get what you pay for!
