American Inn and Suites Dundee

Didnt get room that we reserved. It was suppose to have 3 beds they give us a room with 2 beds.

Location and staff was great.

Very uncomfortable bed. No tub stopper to take a bath. Semi clean. No usb plug ins for charging.

Rooms filthy upon arrival dirty tissues in night stand empty pop bottle next to bed used toiletry bottles dresser drawers all sticky. All around beds were food crumbs didn't looklike under sheet had been chamged in months. Huge stains on carpets bathroom outlet didnt work coffee maker didnt work microwave had huge burn from where it caught fire and stunk when trying to use overall filthy property. Breakfast was a joke if you weren't first 10 people down for breakfast you got cereal otherwise there were small amounts of dingdongs twinkies and honeybuns. But once they were gone they wouldn't get more out even with over an hour of breakfast left

Location was good.

Old facility. Had to take stairwell to get to our room (no elevator on that wing). Lots of dust and dirt in all the corners and on the fake plants. Room was very dated and carpet was old. Not smelly, but a distinct "old" smell. Could tell everything had multiple coats of paint. Ac worked. For the same price could have stayed in a much newer more updated location.

Nice and quiet I felt safe. My room needed vacuuming thank you Stacey for vacuuming my room and making it very comfortable for me. Other staff members were very nice as well.

Room could have been cleaner.

Front desk staff was pleasant and welcoming.

The TV remote appeared to have been chewed up by a dog and I wasn't able to turn the TV on. There was a dirty, used wash cloth in the bathroom. I had just driven 9.5 hours and I was too tired to notify hotel staff.

The bathroom was not clean, the ac unit did not work, the carpets were filthy(the bottoms of our feet turned black if barefoot from walking on it). Also the breakfast they serve is just cereal and juice. Asked them to have someone fix the ac and clean the bathroom, all they did was deliver new towels while we were gone. We ended up leaving a night early on our 3 night stay because it just wasn't a clean room.

Not much. It was around places the eat.

Very old. Need remodeled. Staff not very friendly. Only 1 way in to the rooms. No breakfast.
