Property is pet friendly, easy to get to places atound town , lots of dining closeby

The people there were super nice and very pet friendly. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in a long time.

I read several reviews, and there was a strange odor. Our room was very warm and smelled of an odd cleaner or something when we arrived. But we put the air on, went out to eat and when we came back the room was cool and aired out some. It was a cheap place to rest our heads for the night. Other than the odd smell, it was visually very clean.

My wife was uncomfortable with the place, so after we went out for a while , we decided not to stay and left

We did not get the rooms I reserved but they accommodate us with a roll away bed. Should have used this to get out and f the reservation. Son had to deal With how terribly uncomfortable it was. Parking lot and lobby were full of migrant workers Drinking after 5 PM. Found it funny there an actual sign in the lobby that says no drinking but the staff does not enforce it. Hallways often smelt of smoke and weed. Tried to enjoy the pool but there’s too many males consuming alcohol in water bottles. Would not let my kids go anywhere without my escort. Comforter had been washed so many times that the stuffing clumped into what felt like golf balls. Lady that changed it out said the managers refuse to throw them out. Hotel room carpet had a lot of stains and there was mold on the bathroom ceiling. We tried to find a different place to stay but because of the holiday there were no other available hotels. Don’t trust the nice pictures posted, this place was beat down. Oh, the breakfast consisted of cereal and small snacks. Will never stay here again.

Staff was nice and our room had tons of space, but one of the 2 heaters was broken and made some of the carpet wet and gave the room a musty smell. Room could've used some updating or other maintenance as well to give it a higher rating.

There was a dirty wash cloth hung over the shower rod, dried and stuck. Used soap on top of the shower ledge. The shower was dirty with soap scum. You could see it all over the shower. Dried soap ring on the shelf. Moved a chair and was dirty behind the chair. Bed was clean and comfortable. Mirrors were dirty. You definable get what you pay for.

We stay here every time we go see NASCAR. Love this place

Beds are uncomfortable

The staff was kind and helpful. The property itself, including the room, was dirty and unkept. I stayed three nights and there was no housekeeping for the room. The room and the hallway had a bad smell; the stairway you had to walk through to get to the hallway smelled hideous. I was in town for the dog shows and the hotel was very accommodating for me in this way. They have a limit of two dogs and allowed me to keep all four in the room which I appreciated very much. Everything just needed some major deep cleaning and updating.

The staff was nice. We arrived late and the a/c was off and it was hot in the room and it took it until the next day to cool off. Also, the a/c really never worked that well after that. The towels we had for the first two days was so thin and I would have put them in my rag pile at home. The continental breakfast was a joke. My husband gets up early 6:30 to 7:30 am and the small about of snack cakes were already gone and the coffee was terrible. There was not a staffer replenishing it and when ask they said people were greedy. I guess you get what you pay for.
