American Inn and Suites Dundee

Location was close to the town and highways.

Not very clean, breakfast was just cereal with no alternative option. Ate breakfast elsewhere every morning.

Bed was comfy, room was cleaned.

Very spacious. Exceeded expectations from other places we've been. Definitely would recommend.

While the room was big and spacious , the property needs to be refurbished as it’s dated out of the 1970’s. The breakfast included cereal, tea, coffee, juice and pre packed buns, it was more like a snack not breakfast. I won’t stay here again.

Kind of gross overall. Cheap, I guess.

The room was dirty, I got a respiratory infection after one night. The AC was pumping humidity into the room all night and everything was damp. The lobby and parking lot was full of shady people the whole time we were there. Most of them were not speaking English. Not sure what’s going on here but I’d stay away.

They have a cockroach problem and had weird stains on roof and lamp chases. Asked for refund on room was told we would be contacted my manager he still has yet to contact me/ is dodging calls.

Only surface cleaned. The area behind the toilet had not been cleaned in a while. The bathroom fan cover was barely holding on. Breakfast was no existent.
