Hotel Otrada

Hotel was very clean and well maintained! Short ride to the beach and city center. Beds comfortable and pool nice. Employees spoke good english.

Please remember this name OTRADA as this is best hotel in Odessa, Ukraine . I have stayed there with my wife...I've booked a wedding package and I am so happy we have found this place. Everything was planned with perfection, Alesya, the hotel manager planned all the details, making sure all is perfect...we loved that :) We felt special from the beginning to the end....surly this hotel can make you feel like you are home :)

Great hotel, gorgeous historical building of the 19 century; friendly and amazing staff, they helped to make our stay enjoyable; convenient , quiet and cozy location; comfortable room; tasty and varied breakfasts, electric car to the beach is a creative and useful idea; individual approach to the guests. Otrada boutique hotel deserves to come back for holiday. We had a very nice experience there.

I just finished a stay at the Hotel Otrada in Odessa, Ukraine. This is May/June 2021. I chose the hotel because it was near the beach and most reviews were 5-star. I like boutique hotels like this one. I was very satisfied. I thought no hotel could approach the level of service of my favorite hotel, the Swiss Hotel in Lviv, Ukraine. But I have to say that the Otrada can be mentioned in the same positive light. All of the staff were courteous. I would like to make special mention of Olga at the front desk. From check-in to check-out, she did everything to make sure that my stay was wonderful. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is great, the Internet was fast and reliable. It’s a short walk to the beach, though they offer electric buggy service. They will give you beach towels. The beach has a restaurant, pubs, takeaway snacks, bike rentals, etc. There is a great hiking/biking trail just down the hill from the hotel. The hotel is a little away from the center, but I wanted to be near the beach. If you like walking, the center is walkable. Otherwise, it’s an easy Uber or cab ride. There is also a good market for food, spices and the like at the train station, also a short walk. If the goal is just to hit bars in the center, then maybe you want something there. But if you’d like to be near the beach, get some exercise or be away from the noise in the center, then I highly recommend it. I didn’t want to leave and look forward to visiting again.

Luxury classic furniture and the most helpful staff that you can dream of. Right in the center of the old town. The receptionist ordered our food online during lockdown and they served the food for us in the lobby seating with pleasure. Outstanding service.

Everything about our stay at Hotel Otrada was such a delight. We had a lovely room upgrade for our anniversary and a special fruit platter treat. All of the staff were so helpful and fun to talk with, and the breakfast and pool were just perfect. We really appreciated the quick and easy electric car to and from the beach, and the provided chairs and towels. We had a pretty perfect stay in Odessa, thanks to the help of the staff at Otrada.
