Hotel Otrada

Very nice boutique hotel with perfect service, nice pool, very good food and really nice beach with connecting transfer. Hotel perfect for all those who want to enjoy Odessa in every way (also the nightlife), but also want a peaceful, luxury and quiet place to stay during the day. Great for couples as well as group of friends.

This hotel is charming beyond belief… In a perfect location in the Otrada neighborhood to enjoy the beach and Promenade of Odessa, the accommodations harken back to a lovely time in history … The pool area makes you feel like you are set in a movie, and the staff is only too happy to bring you drinks and snacks as you lounge… They were even kind enough to arrange tour to Moldova for us…And it was fun to have on-premise massages at the spa as well… A huge thumbs up for the Otrada- I would come right back next time!

Had a very pleasant one night stay in this hotel a couple of days ago. The outstanding - * Breakfast. Fantastic. Woaaaahhhh! Well worth adding on. Would recommend. * The bed was superb. Potentially the best bed I've ever slept on. * Sleep quality outstanding. Overall, very decent - although some wallpaper pealing, a TV from 1994 and an average shower - which brings me onto my next point - The main issue I would have with the hotel - is sure, it's been awarded 5 * by a body, however this highlights everything SHOULD be outstanding. Maybe it's me, however 5 * you think is the maximum. It cannot get better. This really wasn't the case, and from being incredibly excited prior to arriving - I was left with somewhat a ' meh, shame, what could have been ' opinion on leaving. The service was good, however not remotely on the 5 * level. Must do better as a hotel to have such rating in my view, the staff need to be outstanding. Failure to acknowledge a ' hello ' x 3 was a particular highlight, lack of smiling, lack of enthusiasm = possibly best summed up when leaving. Carried bags down the stairs - now I have NO issue with doing so, but this wouldn't be possible to do with Premier Palace. The staff simply wouldn't allow the customer to do this - same rating, service not remotely in the same league. Another highlight was when I finished the Salmon at breakfast, I took the last three pieces. I really loved the TUT from the member of staff behind me. Good job for him I wasn't going to allow his ridiculously childish attitude bother me, another day he'd have got an absolute earful. Not sure who he thinks he is TUTTING at guests - I would suggest if you don't like working in the customer service industry - and it's too much trouble to do your job and hide your thoughts, perhaps work elsewhere.......... Over to you hotel - good yes, 5 star, no. Not at all.

Nice property with pool, well located with golf cart shuttle to Black Sea. Also proximate to centre, about 3 km, and Arkadia about 4 km (though best to avoid latter if over 25 years of age). The front desk staff and cleaners were very kind and accommodating, spoke excellent English, and I was grateful for late checkout. Breakfast buffet lacked variety and was understaffed.

Had a wonderful week in the Otrada Hotel, very clean crisp feel to the place , nice room with mini bar , cleaned and bedding changed regular , breakfast was delicious , freshly made omlettes , the staff are fantastic very helpful and friendly , pool area also very good and the private beach equally as good with buggy to take u down there . No faults with this hotel very very good . Will be back soon

In general there is nothing to complain about this hotel when it comes to the location, looks, hygiene, comfort, food or staff approach. There is even a cool transport form the hotel to the beach. Unfortunately “physics” of the hotel is not the whole customer experience. The reason I give such a low mark is because I was made to feel a second category guest. The last night, there was a full on party in the pool (loud music, drunk shouting etc). In the morning the reception staff explained that it was a private party. Really? Maybe the party was private but everybody could here it. Only at 4 am the music went softer. If the staff would have reacted on the party or just simply said sorry without this categorizing explanation I could give this hotel 5 starts. So make sure you have ear plugs or can fall asleep while a “private” pool party takes place in front of your window. Sorry Otrada Hotel, but you made me grumpy and tired from the lack of sleep...

The staff was amazing and for the price they should have. The breakfast was ok and if you want fried eggs, an omelet or oatmeal ask the bartender. This is not advertised. They have their own beach which they will take you to and pick you up from. The pool at the hotel is great but guests need to control their children. I would get in the pool at 5 when the kids were eating for about an hour

It's a nice and comfortable hotel. Service is very good. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is very solid, good variety and quality. Good proximity to the beach. Overall hotel leaves good impression. I'd recommend it to my friends. May visit it again.

Olga and the rest of the reception crew was very friendly and service-minded. Clean rooms and nice pool area. Breakfast slightly limited, but good nevertheless. All in all a pleasant stay. Can recommend the hotel.
