Hotel Otrada

Anniversary trip to Ukraine. Odessa is lovely and the Otrada Hotel is fabulous. We loved the restaurant!

I love staying in this 5 star near the beach of the Black Sea. Alésia, the manager of this establishment is an outsider and always smiling, kind and helpful. The staff.is kind and helpful. I stay in this Hotel every time i come to Odessa.

This hotel is great by all standards. Located close to the city center, around the clock reception - helpful, accommodating and always with a smile. The rooms are clean and cozy and include everything you need. I'll stay again and recommend it to my friends.

Hotel was good, staff was very friendly and polite. It was close to beach just 10 minutes walk, so happy with the location. Breakfast was delicious, food was not overpriced, I would have like the tea and coffee machine in the room. They only have that in the restaurant. Rooms were with smart TV, I can stream movies and video from my mobile. So which language containt do you want to see it doesn't matter. Overall it is very good hotel

Fantastic hotel with very helpful staff. Cleanliness is immaculate. Lovely breakfast. Reception works around the clock and assists with any matter - transportation, city tours, bookings, etc. Highly recommended place for business visits.

I think I will stay there next time, too. Great breakfast, clean place, awesome service. Close to city center, you can go by taxi for 50 uah. And if you are a smoker, rooms’ have balcony :) If you like strong coffee, they have very strong coffee :)

The room was so big and well decorated.The hotel picked us from the airport and carried us back free of charge.The breakfast is really very very good,They serve fresh coffee upon your order not machine or some thing else.The area has a very nice atmosphere you feel that you get rest.The stuff is trying to be helpfull and they are very polite.I may stay again in this hotel.

My 4th visit to the hotel. We always arrive not in season - in October or in March, once a time we were at the end of April. The hotel is near the sea, but there is no view and it takes about 10 minutes from downhill, the hotel has an electric car that goes to the sea - never used. In the courtyard of the hotel there is a swimming pool and a simple recreation area - very comfortable. Breakfast is good. The staff is very friendly. The cleaning is great. To the center on foot 15-20 minutes or by taxi 5 minutes. Very quiet place. Hotel -5 stars, but a little older. The 2-room apartment needs redecoration, but the furniture and the bathroom are in perfect condition. Linen and towels are super. In one-room suites - our last visit, on the 4th floor is a new renovation, but the bathroom is very small.

Great staff

Having recently stayed at Hotel Otrada for 14 nights, I would like to thank all of the staff for making my holiday so wonderful. The day I checked in I needed to get a local sim card. I asked Olga where I could get one, Olga said we can do this for you, the concierge then when and got me one, installed it for me and delivered up to my room, all with in 30 minutes of me checking in. This is the second time I have stayed at Hotel Otrada and I look forward to staying here again. The Hotel provides a wonderful breakfast with a great selection , they make great coffee too. Every morning I was greeted with a smile from the staff. The pool area is great, with staff ready to take your order for a drink, while lying by the pool. You are also close to the beach, and they will take you to the private beach in a Golf cart, and provide you with towels too. The Restaurant has a great selection of meals too, and they will make suggestions for you if you are unsure of what to order. Igor made suggestion for me, and wow is was a very tasty meal. The menu's are in English also, the staff speak English too. I wanted to go on a Tour of the Catacombs, Olga organised this for me. The staff at this Hotel are truly amazing. Once again I would like to thank Olga, and all of the staff for making my time at Hotel Otrada so wonderful. If you want to experience a classic Boutique Hotel, where the staff are friendly, this is certainly the place to go. Looking forward to seeing you all again on my next trip. Many Thanks, Wayne
