Hotel an sich ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wurde aber modernisiert

Sehr freundliches Personal .

Das Rezeptionspersonal war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit und unser Zimmer war sehr groß und ansprechend modern gestaltet. Für die Kinder war es schön, dass eine Kegelbahn und ein Kicker vorhanden waren. Wir haben unser Familien-Auszeit-Wochende daher durchaus genießen können.

Der Wellnessbereich war absolut alt und baufällig. Die Duschen im Schwimmbad waren defekt, im Ruheraum hatten alle Rattanliegen in der Liegefläche große Löcher, teilweise wurde diese mit Spannlaken überdeckt manchmal aber nicht und natürlich spürt man die Löcher. Das (ehemalige?) Kneippbecken im Saunabereich sah auch mehr als nicht einladend aus. Also für jemanden der Wert auf ein gepflegtes Ambiente legt und ausgiebige Wellness betreiben will nur bedingt zu empfehlen. Im Restaurant hat uns gestört, dass das Personal wenig bis gar nicht Deutsch spricht und der Service unheimlich langsam war, bzw. das Personal bei Bedarf teilweise nicht greifbar war.

Stayed during winter, and there were ski slopes and hiking trails close to resort accessible by car or local train. Spacious room good facilities and helpful staff.

In diesem Hotel hatten wir eine wunderschöne Zeit, und da es auch geschneit hat, war es wie aus einem Märchen. Das Deluxe-Zimmer, das mein Mann gebucht hat, war fantastisch. Alles war sauber, das Personal freundlich und das Essen entsprechend hervorragend. Wir kommen wieder.

We have had a lovely trip and have really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff are wonderful; polite, welcoming and helpful. The room was beautiful with everything we needed plus more. The little touches like the books and the daily 'morning post' (that told us of things to do and the weather etc) really made it. We only had dinner at the hotel once (as for personal health reasons I cannot eat a lot) but the dinner we had was lovely and I would definitely recommend it, my steak and vegetables were cooked to perfection and the staff were more than accommodating, even had a cheeky dice game at the end to try and win it for free (better luck next time for us :) ). The amenities were great - beautiful pool and great sauna and steam room. The games room was a great touch where we had a game of pool and I sat and read my book in the library. Regarding the location of the hotel its perfect - right next to the beautiful lake and great walks, plus the bus and train station is a stones throw away, we found getting into Munich and back really easy. Overall I just want to say we've had a very relaxing holiday which is what we wanted and needed and would definitely recommend this hotel ❤️
