Sehr schönes Hotel in Randlage, sehr nettes Personal, große Zimmer, bequeme Betten, tolles Essen, angenehmer kleiner Soa Bereich. Gern wieder

We stayed here in December 25 and had a lovely 4 nights here. The location is stunning, beautiful lakes and lovely walks. The local town is unspoiled and traditional which adds to the beauty. The hotel is clean, comfortable and we loved the bar area. The restaurant served good food and fantastic wine. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and professional. The trains from Munich airport are easy to navigate to get to the local station and it’s a very short walk to the hotel.

Serious security breach at this hotel. Someone had broke into our room while we were out and placed a large knife pointing towards our bed. Hotel staff had no idea how someone was able to get in. We saw this as a threat to our life and left early. Investigations are ongoing.

Essen und Frühstück waren fabelhaft.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Der Wellnessbereich hat auf den Bildern besser ausgesehen als in echt.

My recent stay at Karma Bavaria was pleasant overall, though there are a few areas that could benefit from improvement. Rooms – ★★★ ☆☆ (3.5 Star) The rooms are comfortable and well‑maintained, offering a relaxing environment. The overall ambience and space justify a solid four‑star rating. Food – ★★★☆☆ (3.5) The dining experience is average. Vegetarian options are limited, which may be challenging for guests with specific dietary preferences. Additionally, the breakfast menu remains the same every day, which reduces variety during longer stays. Fortunately, there are reliable vegetarian restaurants near the resort that help fill this gap. Housekeeping – ★★☆☆☆ Housekeeping services were below expectations. Utensils were not cleaned, and linen was not changed even upon request. Additionally, the in‑room coffee machine did not function properly. These issues significantly impacted the overall comfort of the stay. Thanks to Sohail (Front Desk)
