"DO NOT stay at this hotel. The experience was nothing short of a nightmare."

Stay Away! Worst experience ever! We had prepaid for the room with Expedia. When we arrived, they held our credit card for what they called "possible incidentals." They then charged us on our card, not once but twice, each for an amount well exceeding what we had already prepaid Expedia. We are still wrestling to get these charges removed. This is after numerous conversations with them day and night at the front desk during this awful stay. As far as the room is concerned, though listed as a standard king, it is absolutely tiny. There's barely enough space to get around the bed. The bathroom vanity and shower are also tiny. The stay was nothing short of a nightmare.

The lady at the desk was very professional and did her job well. The ladies serving breakfast were friendly and helpful. I was very satisfied with this establishment. Clean, quiet and the staff gave me the impression they liked their job. These are important factors for me returning to a Hotel.

There was no wi-fi internet connectivity in our room on the third floor. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay in an amazing location. The steakhouse next door was out of this world
