"Disappointing Experience "

Staff was really great. But not the rooms. My room had a broken toilet paper dispenser. A bedside light w a screw missing. Shower had leak so water all over and no bath mats. The tv did not work. They did offer to move rooms but I did not want to re pack. I will not be staying here again.

It is old and outdated. The breakfast is disappointing, and the parking is one lane in and out. No pool, the gym is nothing, and the rooms are smaller than Manhattan. The only good thing is you can walk to restaurants. Way better options in the area. This is not a nice hotel. Clerks were pleasant...tiny, slow elevator so take the stairs

Upon arrival I called to the front desk to ask for assistance since the TV wasn’t working. The person said “engineering is gone and just try to fix yourself. The room is so small I felt claustrophobic and get this. The room either next or below had their working TV on LOUD until 4:30 am.

Ridiculously overpriced for this hotel. No microwave or fridge as advertised, TV did not work, the windows are not insulated so it sounds like you’re sleeping on the street. Hotel staff are rude and unhelpful. Would not stay here again.

"Front desk courteous service."

Highest compliments to Katia at front desk. Originally tried to reserve by phone, but was diverted to call center and could not understand representative due to their headset. Katia is professional and polite, exactly the right person to courteously greet and check in guests! Thank you!
