The trip was made memorable because of our stay in pine lakes. It was a beautiful cottage. We stayed in 63, it was fully functional kitchen and well equipped place for a perfect get away. Loved every minute there. We had some issues with pipes but as soon as we let the management know, they sent someone and fixed it. They were always checking on us and made sure everything was comfortable. We had a perfect stay.

As members, we visit and stay here quite often and just returned from another stay here, this time for 4 nights. A few issues/problems on arrival at our 2 bedroomed lodge 1. The main front door was open, not just unlocked but open. It turned out the door wouldn't keep shut or lock, so a call straight away to reception to get this fixed. 2. A bulb had gone in one the lamps, so another call to reception. 3. No hand towels in the apartment, so another call to reception. All the above issues were fixed. However, surely the cleaning staff should have reported the issues, but obviously didn't. The lodge, however was lovely, nice view of the lake, spacious, open plan kitchen, dining and living area, 2 bathrooms, one en-suite, and everything you need, for a great break away. The sofa bed in the living area was a bit hard and uncomfortable. Beautiful surroundings, the lake setting is lovely, nice and relaxing, and it was great to see so much activity on the water. The watersports have a great sitting out area, to enjoy a drink in the late afternoon sun. Only there for 4 nights and we got a full clean after day 2, even though we received a text thanking us for opting out of the clean (which we hadn't, as we knew nothing about it),which was great, but not really needed. All in all, a great stay, and even with the issues, it has to be 5* as a very enjoyable time was had. See you all soon.

It was absolutely beautiful , the lodge was spotlessly cleaned and we were speechless at the beautiful lake view right in front of our lodge , couldn’t of asked for anything more

Stayed for a couple of nights with 6 people in one of the lodges. Everyone slept grand. There's a big queen bed in one room, 2 twin beds in a other and a very spacious sofa bed that folk found very comfy. They were very quick in a request to get a bath mat to eliminate the slipping possibilities. The fully fitted kitchen came in handy for us self catering. The coffee machine could have used some instructions as it took us a bit longer than we'd have liked to figure out where the water went, and the button symbols had rubbed off. The games room was good fun, although the only free thing is the table tennis. The swimming pool was easy and quick to book a slot, and everyone enjoyed the hot tub and steam and sauna rooms. The restaurant at the top of the lake is oddly closed on Monday and Tuesdays, and we didn't fancy the main restaurant but we found a nice restaurant in the local village which is a 5 minute drive. Lots of nice wee shops in the village too. The leisure staff were very friendly and accommodating. All the staff were lovely tbh. We didn't get the chance to do any of the after sports as we only had 1 full day there, but we saw some people out of the water having a blast. The ducks were friendly and would come near the decking to say hi. Lovely scenery, lovely lodge, lovely time away. Would recommend!

Amazing get away with friends. Beautiful surroundings. Staff were wonderful, especially leisure lady with purple hair who was so friendly and helpful. Also lovely lady at reception sorted us out with a non slip bath mat within 5 minutes. Thank you, everyone!

I absolutely loved my stay here! From the moment of check in you felt warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. The lodge was perfect and the lake view was stunning and so relaxing even with 2 small kids! I will definitely go back it was such a lovely stay.
