Cabin was amazing what a beautiful site and so relaxing , cleanliness was second to none will 100% be back soon

Love this place. Lodge by the lake. Quiet. Plenty of amenities and things to do. Never feels overly busy. 100% would go back

Pool was too cold to be used by young children.

The lodge was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed a tasty meal on the first night and drove to Arnside the day after. A very nice relaxing break in beautiful surroundings.

It was great. The lodge was well positioned with an outside covered balcony overlooking the lake and comfortable seating.. The lodge itself was spotless, and so well equipped. It had everything.The towels were thick and fluffy, and the bed, pillows and linen were first class. Nothing not too like, and everything is close to hand. Didnt use pool or restaurant. Would go again anytime. So easy to get to.

Extremley well organised rand helpful reception staff made check in and check out simplcity itself Spotless lodge fully stocked with everything you need for a family holiday I was there for fathers day weekend even the clouds couldnt spoil the views from the decking Didnt really use the facilities pool etc due to limited time Only minor gripe the person in charge of the restaurant on sunday afternoon wasnt up to the standards of other staff across the complex n was extermley put out maybe because i hadnt booked but the room only had 2 tables occupied one with a couple and the other a family of 10 After a brief conversation she picked up 3 menus marched pff to a table placed the menus on the table and walked off without a follow me please or is this table ok or even eye contact Had a chat with my daughters and we politley refused the waiters drinks order and left the building at the end of the day the restaurant missed out on a large bill on reaction to her rudeness I didnt take it any further as it was my family time but i mentioned it at reception on check out It really is a lovely complex to stay n and the owners should be proud of how well its looked after by all the staff Will be returning later this year

Both tvs not working radiator hanging off the wall. Very dirty cabin. Cobwebs and dead flies everywhere. Cigarette ash crumbs and rubbish on bathroom floor. No view except a rusty old camper van that hadn’t been moved for years.

We stayed here for two nights and were very impressed with everything. The setting is beautiful with lodges built around a large lake with swans, ducks and other birds around. Very easy to find, right off the A6. We could hear the traffic and trains whilst walking round but it wasn't so loud as to be intrusive. Our two bed lodge was spacious and well equipped, comfy bed and seating, coffee machine and a view of the lake - shame the weather didn't allow us to sit on the veranda! We ate twice in the restaurant, excellent food both times, and used the pool once. No need to book as it was quiet, just a phone call to check there was space. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and really made us feel welcome. We've recommended Pine Lakes to others and may very well return ourselves in the future.

Pine Lake resort is in a beautiful location with easy access to the motorway and A6. The reception staff are always friendly, polite and helpful. The studio accommodation is lovely which is spacious, clean and has great facilities. All the things you would need at home you'll find in your room. I've stayed at the Pine Lake resort several times before and is always at top of my list for somewhere to stay in the area. Definitely would recommend here.

Beautiful and serene environment. Staff were super friendly. My family totally enjoyed the trip and we'd love to stay here again
