Pine Lake Resort

Superb stay, food in the restaurant was amazing, the pool and spa were an added bonus.

I got recommended Pine Lake through my friends and it did not disappoint, when we arrived at the reception Vicky was very welcoming and friendly, We stayed in a beautiful lodge right on the lake,it was so nice and relaxing and my three year old nephew loved it, the lodge was very spacious and clean and the double bed was so comfy I had two really good night sleeps, We went swimming and had the pool to ourselves which was lovely and my nephew enjoyed going in the arcades and playing crazy golf. We also had a meal at the restaurant and the food was really good,I will definitely be booking again next year😀

Clean well equiped appartment. Enjoyed the swimming pool, table tennis and the bar that looked out onto the lake.Loved the seating area/garden to sit out in the evening. Site is in a brilliant location for cycling routes (cycled on the lancaster canel tow path and along an off traffic route all the way into morcombe). Friendly helpful staff .

Nice location

Accommodation spotlessly clean with everything required for a self catering break. Lodges have plenty of room and beds are very comfortable. We booked four lodges and each had a view of the lake. Leisure facilities were great for the children as was the water sports centre. Highly recommend booking pine lake.

Super location. Cabin great. Very disappointed that the advert for the cabin showed it overlooking the lake. The staff informed us that no lake side cabins were available. It was not clear from the advert that the photos were not the actual cabin that we were paying for.

We had an accessible room which was dirty and shabby. I wouldn’t go back.

No hot water for 2 days, communication absolutely shocking, messed around for the duration of the stay. We are in process of taking it further as it was not as advertised. The area is lovely and quiet. (This is the first negative review I’ve ever left and I’m well travelled! I can cope with issues I can’t cope with being messed around and lied to by staff with poor customer service).

Loved the lodge, watching the water sports, walking round the lake. Very quiet and lovely setting. Would definitely book again.

We had a lovely stay. Our lodge was clean and well equipped, with more space than I expected and a really comfortable bed. We were at the very end of the park and that was perfect for us as we are quite antisocial. The little extras provided were truly appreciated; I had forgotten a nail file and washing powder and like magic, they were already there! The grounds were tidy and well maintained, as was the pool and sauna. We booked as requested and there were only two others in there. The lake itself was really clear, I would happily get in it. Swimming is not allowed and there are a few swans there that could definitely beat me up….. Thank you. I had the space and peace I really needed during a stressful time. My only, very minor niggle was the coffee maker; we could not get to grips with that. There was complimentary ground coffee and the machine, but no filter and no instructions for us. I would definitely stay again and recommend for families or couples.
