When we were booking online the picture they show for senior suite was different from what they have provided us and we had to pat additional €235 for changing the room to what we had seen online. They didn’t accomodate us because of their incorrect website information. Then they arranged the rental car for us stating that they are doing business with this company for over 10 years and the company is trustworthy but we ended up paying €200 additional on top of the rental price for the scratch to the car that was already there and they blamed us for that scratch. Hotel staff arranged the rental and refused to communicate at the end saying that they don’t have anything to do with rentals. Terrible terrible experience. Would not recommend anyone to trust Astarte suites staff please do not ruin your vacation.

Brilliant location, fantastic accommodation, perfect staff.

WiFi wasn’t up to standard. Breakfast planning (brought to the suite) can be improved: omelette, pancakes, coffee were all cold when served.

Amazing place to stay, The rooms are exactly as seen in pictures, and the service is even better, All the staff were great they made our stay very comfortable, they helped us with information and even helped me organise a proposal to my partner. The breakfast was very good and their mojitos are very good too, would definitely recommend staying here if you are in Santorini.

Loved the view, friendly attentive staff, the look of the rooms, and the changeable breakfast menu, and the on site massage therapist.

The lack of privacy from bathroom room. Stayed there with a friend and we had to remind each other we were using bathroom and such. Also, woul have enjoyed a smart TV to connect our Netflix when we were tired and had a lot of snacks and time to chill in the room with the jacuzzi.

- nice views - nice location - helpful staff. -nice choices for a private breakfast that is delivered to you daily

- ita clean and tidy but as quite a few places in santorini its not ultra modern. The bathrooms not all of them are private from the room as in doors are partially trabsparent and some small depending kn the suite. If you want a hotel atmosphere this is not it, if you want a secluded retreat then maybe this is it.
