"We honestly didn’t like our stay here. Staff was nice , view was nice but everything else we hated."

Pros: The view

Cons: - Nothing nearby - A lot of stairs to go to the hotel. I would’ve never booked it if I knew before. We were out of breath coming up and down especially with bags. Hated how everything was so far from here. 15-30 min taxi which cost us $30-40 each way. Don’t recommend this hotel at all , it’s very far from the main touristy locations. For a 4 min drive to a nearby restaraunt, it cost us $15 euros each way ($30 euros) Restaraunt is over priced. water cost $7 Euros and no good selection on the lunch or dinner menu. We didn’t even have dinner at our hotel. Room was alright , bed sheets were umcomfy and unlike other hotels. Shower was very tight.

The quality of the service is extraordinary. Every member is friendly, professional and very responsive. Our room, an Executive Suite, had a very large terrace which allowed us to spend most of our stay in it which is what you want. Food (breakfast and dinner) was excellent.

Nothing - everything was perfect. Note that the hotel has very few common areas, so I imagine that that the incredible experience we had might not be replicated if you select one of the rooms that have just a balcony or small terrace. That said, the pool area is very nice too with the fantastic service of the staff.

Do not stay at this property, what they say on the website is very misleading. They are in the middle of nowhere, they are not in walking distance of any place. The closest place to this property is at least 20 minutes Drive. On the website it said it’s closed Oia city but it’s not it’s about 40 to 45 minutes Drive. The Hotel is built on a cliffhanger and it’s so windy that you can’t get out of your room to enjoy the view and can’t even leave your door open. The property is so outdated and not clean there are bugs everywhere. The door to the rooms still uses an ACTUAL KEY with Key hole NOT Key Card. The Wi-Fi does not work and it keep saying no internet. Their TV didn’t work. Also we asked for a Do Not Disturb sign for our room and they didn’t have it. We asked them that while we are not there no one should enter our room but they did go to our room for even the short time that we were not there and my iPad is missing and got stolen.

The view of our honeymoon suite was magical and we had a massive balcony just for ourselves to have our breakfasts in and also to have dinner in the evenings.

The stairs were too much and it’s hard to climb up. If they have make a lift for the guests who are paying a lot of money to stay in there would be great.
