this was an average property. We actually booked for one person accidently but was sleeping 2 people anyway. The front desk person kindly accepted to change it to one bedroom unit. I stayed in room 418 , the tea kettle had old lime stain. even though we made the tea, we didn't drink it. There one one bottle of complimentry water which was nice, but we didn't need it this hotel in particular didn't meet my expectation
Great location close to the train station, walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The free local public transport ticket was great value. The hotel itself was very clean and did the job for an overnight stay. Would come back again!

We wanted a hotel that would take a dog plus us when travelling from the UK back to Denmark This hotel was the right price and the right distance Not a bad choice

Lovely hotel, very clean, attractive and quiet considering it is close to railway.
Stayed here during Essenspiel 2017 (the worlds largest games convention). The location was excellent as it is less than 5 minutes from the main transport hub in the city. It had several places to eat nearby which was good as the hotel restaurant was not open during my stay for some reason. All rooms come with standard wifi included in the cost and those that need it can pay a premium for a higher speed. The buffet breakfast was consistent with what I have experienced whilst staying at other hotels in Europe there was good variety in what was on offer. From a comfort point of view I found the bed mattress was really stiff it felt like I was just lying on a wooden board. Most of the time the service was really good but in the evening the bar service was slow and this was with only 1 or 2 people waiting to be served and no one needing assistance in the reception area which is covered the same staff.
Very good room plus you get a free travel card that includes travelling to dusseldorf airport.
Excellent hotel, clean, quiet, comfortable, perfect for people traveling by train (right across the street from the railway station).
