The staff, reception

Facilities, bed in particular was ripped, very old looking

Room was cheap though small for 1 night stay only was good value

Was a 15 mins from sea front uphill return so better if ur fitter than us . Was £6 taxi.

Clean low budget hotel

Small bed, very small bathroom and too warm

The location and the fabulous service from the receptionist on duty who tried so hard to make amends for the awful single room I had booked. Location was good

Booked a small single room as I was only there for 2 nights. Was allocated a ground floor room which had a small window and a curtain that barely covered it. walls and woodwork chipped and dirty. As was the shower. The door was very flimsy which made me feel vulnerable. Even the receptionist acknowledged the rooms were dreadful. Plus the photos on the website did not accurately reflect the rooms or the outside which was full of weeds , rubbish and flaking paint on the windows and doors

Close to main sights and beach

Facilities were not accurate as described on booking.com. Room was worn with broken drawers, not enough hangers. Had disturbing people in room next door, up all night shouting and screaming and slamming doors but no reception at night to go to. I even felt unsafe on the last two nights to leave my room. Definitely not a 4 *

Nothing in particular

Didn’t agree with the star rating, very tired and tatty, sewage smell in the bathroom, bathroom too small ,back of curtains stained, room looked out onto an untidy courtyard washing hanging out of next doors window. Didn’t feel room secure with the door locking system. No facilities for breakfast as advertised. Went out onto balcony ashtrays not emptied . Outdoor garden not maintained overgrown outdoor swimming pool covered over and beer kegs keeping cover down . Sunbeds stained and dirty. Bin at the side of balcony overflowing with cans and rubbish.
