Staff very polite.

Our room was nothing like the photos on the website. (More like a hostel than a hotel) Furniture in urgent need of replacing. I sat on a chair and the leg snapped causing me to fall and hurt myself. I emailed the property before our stay with a request for a bath and didn’t have a response. The gentleman on reception was very polite on arrival but unfortunately no staff around on our departure.

The check in was easy and the receptionist very helpful. The pool and sauna/steamroom was good fun although there is no shower downstairs in the pool area which was a shame. The room was clean and comfortable and we were allowed to park and go into town before checkin time.

No shower in the pool area.
