I stayed in the Torbay suite it was spacious

The staff were friendly and helpful, property is need of some repair, but this is reflected in the price,the manager does his best to help

There is no toilet on the ground floor, which means returning to your room when a toilet is required

Unfortunately our room stank of smoke and the bathroom smelt like it had been used very recently. Packaging was left in the bathroom from a used shampoo bottle.

The hotel is not as well presented as the photos may suggest. The building is looking very tired and dated. The deluxe suite i paid for was big and spacious but deluxe it was not. Bathroom was nice and big but the shower was unusable due to temp either scolding hot or ice cold no in-between. No room keys just an electronic keypad on the door.
