Grand West's Villas

They wanted to charge us about $20 per night for wifi and the room was a bit depressing. We actually checked straight out of this place and went to Bamboo backpackers down the road which was cheaper and nicer.

Very happy to stay there. Close to beach. Great customer service. Very impressed with restaurant.

Had a good time. The one bedroom unit was clean and spacious, can accommodate up to 4 people

The pool was fantastic and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay wonderful staff and nothing was a problem. Perfect pool apartment was big enough for us. Close to Nadi town and our family in Fiji who lives in Enamanu. Came back from our trip daily and the room was already serviced will be going back there again

Our goal was to save money so that we could participate in daily excursions. We chose Grand West Villas for their location and price. It is very affordable and a convenient/safe location to get to the grocery store, downtown Nadi markets, Point Denaru and the airport. The excursion pick ups were all free and taxis were about $7-$15 FJD. When we spoke with other parties staying at the bigger resorts on the Coastal area they had to pay double to triple for taxis and excursion pick ups because of their location, not to mention the time it took to get to places like Port Denaru. Also, since we were so close to Point Denaru and Nadi downtown we had many options for eating out. There is a cafe at the resort with reasonably priced meals. We had a few meals and were satisfied with the food and service. We really appreciated the customer service, they were all very kind and helpful, Laisa went above and beyond even before we checked in. She emailed me and helped me book a smaller room for half a day to help with our jet lag and each day she answered all my questions and checked on our excursions with a smile. There are definitely some upgrades needed with items such as: the beds (it was very soft and sunk in) , bedding skirts (torn/dirty) , lamp shades ( broken), alarm clocks (broken), and the TV. We didn't stay in to watch much of it but when we tried to watch a little the sound would come in and out and the screen was not always clear. Overall a great place to stay we will be back

i spend 8night in this hotel is my first time in fijii and it was amazing i meet so many people , the staff is amzing always smiling and willing to help you and here for you , the hotel is very nice close to the beach and to city , i hope i will come back one day !

THE HOTEL WAS GOOD BUT WHEN WE BOOKED ANOTHER ROOM THE AIR CONDITION WAS NOT WORKING AND WE HAD NO AIR CONDITION TILL IT WAS REPAIRED THE VERY NEXT DAY .
