BSA Tower Serviced Residences

Excellent location, if anything I would book for the location, with heavy traffic to get anywhere in Manila, this place is across the road from the Greenbelt shopping area, lots of shops all around and mall is 10min walk, Room is nice with kitchen cooking area and microwave. nothing fancy about this place, tv work, wifi is good, staff are nice, there is better places with nicer rooms to stay but for this price its good.

The shower was not working. I saw a small cockroach in the bathroom. But, I still like to stay in this facility because of its good location. But, in fairness to the management, we can see that there are efforts exerted to improve the facilities - i.e. rooms were renovated & linens are cleaner/newer (?) now.

I am a local and always use this hotel. I always feel safe and secured. The location is safe as well. The price is good but I wish there should be a loyalty program in place. I always book this hotel almost every year (or more twice a year) since 2011.

Very convenient location right across from greenbelt Malls means easy access to all of the restaurants. 7-eleven right next to the front door. The front desk staff and the rest of the hotel staff are all very nice, friendly, and helpful. But... the room was marginal. Very few electrical outlets and none were in a convenient place. The small dining table is the only option for doing any work and there were no outlets near it. Not the hotel's fault, but makes it inconvenient to do any work or even charge a cellphone. Also, the room had a shower/tub combo but doesn't list that in the room features on this site. If I had known it was going to be a shower/tub combo, I would have gone somewhere else. Decent enough place to stay if you get a really good discount on the rate. But I wouldn't ever pay full price for this place.

Staff is friendly and courteous. The location is very convinient and directly across greenbelt 5. I always enjoy my stay. Kudos to the porters abd housekeeping staff. Great job!

Amazingly close to greenbelt malls. Amazing staff and housekeeping. Just air con in room was quite loud was only niggle but overall a amazing time and place to spend with my little girl and wife

I do not recommend this hotel based on a bad experience with the staff, I had already stayed 3 nights, I planned on a 4th and booked the wrong night by mistake, they absolutely refused to help me, they got my money anyway and I did not stay there the 4th night. Will never use them again. The quality of the hotel itself is fine.

I will never stay here again and I do not recommend this hotel because if you make a mistake with your booking they will not help you at all. Absolutely refused to accommodate my request to switch dates. NEVER AGAIN!

Great value for the money and in a nice safe area, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby
